I had a dream about mirror universes. There was a door or something and everything on the other side of the door was a mirror or anti-universe. I had a dream last night that I can remember the whole thing and it’s been atleast 16 hours but this dream scared the hell out of me. I was somewhere and it was like a zoo but it was just red dirt instead of a pavement and this guy had 3 women he kept close he didn’t speak English. When I went to ask if they were okay one girl took off and I was like wtf I’m out of here this is weird and the other girl started running trying to pass me saying it wasn’t my turn to go. The reason was if there were still 3 girls the guy wouldn’t know the difference but anyways we ran into the wood and found her she toke off and we tried telling her not to go that way me and the girl that told me it wasn’t my turn we ended up at the top of a damn and there was a wide rectangle where water could go if it came over the wall well the girl we found early was at the bottom we told her to come at the top and we could slid down the damn wall and the guys trying to get us likely wouldn’t go down it. So the girl at the bottom went and got the rest of the other girls hiding there and i walked around talking to the other girls on the other side of the rectangle was a bathroom me and one girl went in and I told her I’d go out so she could go and I’d be back in. I stood outside the door for 5 seconds and I heard screams the guys had found us I went into the bathroom and the girl was gone I had heard the mirrors help you out so I was praying to the mirror to get me out of here. A hatch opened in the bathtub and I opened and went in I could hear the guys outside the wall walking towards the door I shut the hatch and had to crawl through this small hole quickly one I got through the hall I was in a different town and I saw this girl and we were talking and a women grabbed her and said we have a outfit that would look great on you she went inside she didn’t have a choice and then I saw her throw that girl in a mirror I acted like I didn’t see anything and went to the diner across the street about 2 stores down. I could feel the women in the store watching me. After you go through the small hole your appearance changed I saw my brother and my grandpa in the diner the women were still watching me I used my regular voice to talk to my brother he said “wtf Sophie where have you been it’s been 2 years I missed you so much” he got up to hug me and I told him to stop and sit down calmly or the women would know and they did they ran towards the diner I ran into the kitchen begging for help they helped me put me into a metal thing for like shredding things but it was huge and put a clear trash bag over me then the women ran in and were like where’s this girl and the kitchen staff called the cops to get them removed I stayed in there until dark and a old lady put a yellow trash bag over the clear one and I could read some of the signs and it was completely different from what was there before because it was in different ink. At night the old lady and a older very tall man helped me out and got me a card that said I want to go home and a cupcake with a candle the old man put his hand on my shoulder and was very calm and caring with me and said tell it you want to go home and everything you miss and you want to go home after you say what you miss and I said okay and thank you looked at the old lady sitting across from me and thanked her she had on black glasses and nodded her head so I would go ahead she light the candle I closed my eyes and said I want to go home 5 times then said everything I missed my boyfriend my family my car and the life I had and I could feel myself wanting to open my eyes and wake up but I forced myself not to because I knew it wasn’t time yet eventually after a hour of saying all these thing I was in a alley and I found my boyfriend which looked like a place in Mexico I visited before and I saw my boyfriend looking for me because I have family in Mexico and I would go there every other year so my boyfriend and dad looked there while my grandparents and brother and mom looked in the U.S. we got into the truck we have now and I went looking for the old diner and I found it I went to go inside and I saw a women that I saw in the store where the girl I was talking to was thrown into a mirror. I immediately said run to my boyfriend and we did all the way back to the car I drove and hit the gas out of there all the way back to the U.S. I ran inside our new house my boyfriend had to give directions but I knew I had to get out of there and knew that no matter how fast he was going it would’ve never felt fast enough so I drove knowing that was as fast as I could go. For the last 3 nights in a row I have had a recurring dream where my beloved antique mirror breaks. Last night I had a dream that I was holding a Christmas decoration – a ball that you hang on a tree and I was seeing a reflection from it, only it wasn´t me. It looked like some other girl, a stranger, and she was looking at me, smiling/ laughing and reaching her hand. I got really scared of it, I had a feeling like she was going to hurt me. Well last night I looked at my reflection, I looked like a small child, so frail and afraid. I actually looked really sickly in that dream, my eyes were sunken, a dark ring around them, kinda looked like I had muscle atrophy. I felt sad for myself, like I wanted to hug that kid in the mirror. Was that my subconscious? Was that the real me? Should I see a psychiatrist now?
I dreamed I was looking in the mirror while washing my hands in the bathroom. I made a face and stuck out my tongue, but my reflection didn’t. I just had a similar dream last night. I was looking in the mirror and stuck my tongue out and started dancing and my reflection just stood there. So I froze out of shock and as I stood there my reflection did the same exact thing I did. So I said oh thats just my shadow self, I’m not scared of her. Then we both started laughing. Mind you mind hair is dyed red but my reflection had my natural black hair.

I had a dream the other day much like the lot of us on here lol. Though my dream went quite a lot different then most. I had woken up in my dream, in a building ive never seen before in my life. Naturally curious i started walking around when i came across this full body mirror, when i walked up to it, there was only my reflection fully. I looked at myself then around the room seeing it turned into a void of sorts where it was only me and the mirror. When I turned back to the mirror and stood looking at myself I had grown very angry with the mirror or my reflection, almost like a boiling hatred. I couldnt stand to look at it so i turned away and walked off away from the mirror into the void then waking up. I had another dream involving a mirror a couple of nights later, where i was standing in my bathroom looking at just my face when i started to cut my face with a knife. I started at my ear went across to my cheek, under my eye then along my nose to my mouth where i stopped. I had just looked at myself in the mirro and just smiled to myself and woke up.

I tend to disassociate a lot, and looking at mirrors when it’s happening is terrifying because I don’t know who it is or it feels as if I’m watching over myself like in third person. In this dream, I woke up in my bed and had to use the bathroom. I have three ceiling high mirrors that are sliding doors for my closet, so when I caught a glimpse of myself it wasn’t me. And I don’t mean that the person looking back was Tom Cruise, no, I mean that it was my body but just distorted. I was dirty, like I had black mud or ink all over me and I didn’t have eyes. The reflection started to get more and more distorted and it started crying so I started panicking. I took out my phone to call my friend because I was having a panic attack and I needed someone to calm me down but my hands were shaking too much so I couldn’t dial anyone. I ended up just falling to the floor and kept on crying.

In the dream I was in a house but dream me believed that it was my house? and I saw that my body was sleeping so lucid dream me thought I was “astral projecting” so I was floating around trying to leave the house but I was stuck, I couldn’t open the door and I couldn’t push past it, but I was still able to float past walls to other rooms in the house trying to find a way out, in one room there were a lot of big mirrors, all in good condition but placed weird like there was a rectangle shaped one laying on the ground, in my mind I kept thinking okay don’t look directly at them or your reflection because something bad will happen. Eventually I got so frustrated that I couldn’t leave the house and just woke up.

well today i dreamed about a mirror which was 2/3 broken pieces were missing and it was cracked the other third wasn’t broken when i looked in it i could see the bathroom but i couldn’t see my own reflection and when i turned around i was in an empty room there was nothing it it apart from the broken mirror
I saw mirror normal rectangle shape small where I saw my pam i.e 5 finger and thumb and in the pan i have a small hurt.The complete pam which sticks to the mirror and when I am pulling my pam I can feel the pull ..like when we remove the bandage and it pains similar to that and the hurt also which I am showing my father c how this mirror hurts
So I can’t say that it was a true mirror, it’s was distorted, curved, ever changing. I had to walk down this “Hallway” to get somewhere else but the walls of this hallway would be moving. It wouldn’t just me moving it acted as it it were ‘Alive’. Small parts would come out of the “wall” and move away for a bit and when it realizes that no one is there it would go back and be part of the “ wall”. But the “wall” was glassy, you could see yourself when looking at it. I guess I could call it a “maze” because parts would open up with their own trails and you would have to walk with other people or a distorted wall could drop in front of you trapping you in this glassy prison. Then before me and several other people were going to walk through it a creature dropped out of the ceiling and stood before us. It said things about being trapped inside the ever moving walls and that once you touch the mirrored walls you would be pulled in to be left to drown, so you had to go through quickly. (And of course you that horrible walk/run cycle that only happens in dreams 😒) I have no idea what this dream meant or if it counts as a mirror dream, so I put it here in case anyone else knows what it means :/
How about this: In my vehicle & noticed my rearview mirror had fallen into My dashboard; found some glue in order to place it back on the windshield but I didn’t place the mirror back on. I did adjust My side mirrors though. What’s the meaning?
I had a nightmare in which I went to the restroom after waking up and everything was neon colors and the lights were brighter than they should have been and my vision was distorted , I relieved myself and looked into the mirror and my face was distorted as if there was a wave(?) Under and everything was neon and blue, I tried taking off my glasses and it worked for a bit but then I still became all distorted, like one of those mirrors in funhouse that makes you look tall, short, etc, but on my face. Can anyone tell me what this means as the whole thing was very scary for me and kind of traumatic.

I had the same dream as urs today, a large mirror on my room and a doll. This doll told me to never look in the mirror or invisible hands will grip me until I die. Then the doll turned into a marshmallow pen and I ate it’s head off and things get more creepy, then someone wrote something on the mirror but I can’t read it. i kept looking at the mirror and It was to late because a hand was gripping my legs and pulling me towards the mirror, that’s when I woke up…

I dreamed that i looked into a mirror and that I was crying blood,my eyes were completely red and my reflection was smiling at me. What does this mean? I also seen dark shapes moving around but am not sure what they are.
I had this dream last night, but it was a nightmare. I was scared and distressed and passed by a mirror. As I looked into it, my face in the reflection slowly changed to a sinister smirk. It was not how my face was as I was looking into it. It was super scary.
I don’t remember the dream all too clearly, as I did not write it down. But what I remembered was that I was kind of inside a body that wasn’t mine, watching from their perspective, but still controlling the body somehow. The thing I remembered the most is that the word “schizophrenia” was mentioned, and all of a sudden, I was in my bathroom at home. Unwillingly, as I tried to walk past the mirror, my body turned around to face it, and I saw this demonic copy of me in the reflection run closer to the mirror whilst screaming terribly loud and distorted. I pushed myself away, and as the body in the mirror went on a rampage and threw and broke everything in its path inside the pathroom, my body copied its every move. Finally, I managed to break the mirror and get control of my body again, then I woke up. Quite terrifying. But I don’t know what it means..
look i am so sorry to tell you this ……………… but if you suffer from schizophrenia then you suffer from a long term mental disorder it separates thoughts and emotions , and it also gets you in a mental breakdown , that person might also get really bad thoughts , and you even might get some ideas from fantasy world and add it to our realistic world which is extremely dangerous . people who suffer from schizophrenia must be medicated forever or else they might get paralyzed so you please just go check if you suffer from schizophrenia cause this is important to know its dangerous.

Basically I was at a ballet school/house and they didn’t want me on there team but eventually they let me when they saw how talented I was, then I went into the bathroom to find a way out of the house and I looked in a normal size bathroom mirror (like the ones above the sink) but I looked normal, the only strange thing was that when I looked in it I was freaked out in the dream and in real life, then I kept looking for the exit. What does this mean?
Last night I had a weird dream, and you may think it’s just stupid, but it really freaked me out and I still can’t stop thinking about it. So it started off with me hanging out with my friends in some random house. A while passes of us just doing random stuff in this tiny bedroom of this random house, and then all of the sudden me and 2 of my friends start walking to what seems like a dining room of some sort. We sit down, and there is clothes and junk mail on the table and there is a humongous mirror covering the whole intire wall behind one of my friends, let’s call her Sarah. Me and my other friend, let’s call her Maya, were sitting on the opposite side of Sarah and I was sitting with Maya. We then started talking about random stuff and all of the sudden, my eyes fixate on the mirror behind Sarah. I stare at the back of her chair, and there is a weird black spot on the back of her chair. I look over at Maya and we exchange glances and we now are both staring at the black spot. Sarah is still talking but we aren’t listening and are too focused on the big black spot. Maya and I look closer and we both scream at the top of our lungs. There is a face smiling at me and apparently doing the same at Maya. The face starts laughing at us hysterically. I immediately just stare down at the table to stop looking at it. I don’t know why but Maya runs over to it and I don’t know what she did next, I was trying so hard to stop looking at it that I practically slammed my face on the table. Then I woke up and I was so freaked out. I went and sat on my couch and watched Netflix. But I always found myself glancing at the vent on my wall. I saw the shape of a person and it freaks me out just writing about it.

I dreamt that i was in our old house and there i went inside one of the rooms and face the standing mirror i myself was in a bright mood and i was so shocked with what i saw, someone looking exactly like m, but her face was pitiful she was crying, she looks miserable.
This has happened a lot ever since I was little but it happened again just last night. Basically my dream always start in a normal way. like me wandering through a school. or just exploring then I stumble upon a bathroom. when I enter the room begins to glitch out and the light begins to fade. Then when I look at the mirror my face begins to change. (Keep in mind I am a young boy.) My face occasionally changes into the face of a ghoulish old woman or man. There have even been occasions where a ghost seemed to be in the room with me. To change back I must turn away from the mirror and then lay down on the floor until the room shifts back to normal. The only instance that my face didn’t change back must have been about 3 years ago. When I entered the bathroom My face shifted into the face of some vampire-like creature. though I never stopped looking at the mirror and the room never started to glitch or darken. The face almost looked sad, as if trying to say. “Is this truly who we are, is this the face we must wear?” Then I woke up, the things that happen before seem simple but the instances with the mirrors always happen seemingly out of the ordinary. I always thought little of these dreams but after reading about things like this I’m starting to feel like something big is happening.

Being a young person is hard, you can change very quickly and the future is uncertain. The best advice I can give you is to always be yourself no matter what (don’t worry about how others see you), but most importantly, try not to be afraid of change. Hopefully after doing this the dreams will calm down, but it may take a while :)))
Hey dude. I had a similar dream. It’s only happened the once, that I remember anyway. And I’m in my thirties. It was fairly recent. I wish I’d written down when I had it but it was writing the last year or two. I remember seeing a mirror on a wall. On a white wall I think. In a building… I think… And I just remember my face changing, again and again in the mirror. Different faces, old, young, it was so strange. Haven’t had a dream like that since then or before.

I saw myself in the mirror as a kid. In real life I have short hair, but I wanna let it grow about shoulder length. In all my dreams(by default) I have my hair at shoulder length -wether or not if it’s short or very long in waking life. A couple of times I’ve had my hair short(just like in waking life) in my dreams, but only for a few times. Today I woke up with the dream of me looking at myself in the mirror and saw that my hair length was about nipple-length -I was shirtless, by the way. In the dream, I thought to myself “It’s too long, I’ll need to have it cut” -I wannted it up to shoulder lenght (in the dream, and in waking life; that’s pretty cool). Whenever I dream of seeing myself in my dreams I’m admiring my own hair,just looking at it, or thinking about its length. It might’ve been last year,that I dreamed of seeing myself in the mirror and looked my hair (smiling greatly at how wonderful it looked). It looked lustrous,shiny,blonde-brown(color) kind of like a lion’s mane -It looked awesome!!

My mom had a dream of a shattered and bloody mirror in a hallway that I told my friend about it and she said that she always felt a presence there. I told that I did to and every time I pass the hallway I always feel tired and have to look at it because I thi k something will be there.

I was dreaming that I was stuck on the other side of somewhere ( not sure if it was the other side of the mirror) Then as soon as I got out a big sliding mirror door was falling on me and I couldn’t get it back up. As I was waking up I found myself actually holding on to a mirrored sliding door but still felt like it was falling. The mirror was never falling and I fully woke up wondering what I was doing.
In my dream I am walking down a public corridor and just happened to look into a slightly dirty public mirror, through the dirt I could see that the bridge of my nose was a little shiny pink and inflamed but the rest of my face seemed ok and tanned. I thought to myself that I should stop wearing my sun glasses so much but then I noticed that the reflection wasn’t me, so I looked closer, it’s someone else’s face, then I realised it wasn’t a mirror but a window with someone else staring back at me showing an expression of “what are you looking at.”
I have had this dream twice within a short period now, although the second dream had a little more detail than the first.
The other day i dreamed about me trying to fix a broken mirror… So i was in a little room we have at the back of our house. It was totally dark, only iluminated by the moonlight that came from a little window (this room is really old and deteriorated so it’s full of dust and smells like humidity and it’s completely empty). I was sitting on the floor, right in the middle of the room, with a broken mirror in my hands. The mirror was particularly the one i have in my bedroom but like only half its size and it was broken in two and the frame was also broken by one corner. Then the entire dream is me trying to make the frame fit so the two pieces of the mirror would be together again. But the harder i try, the worse the frame gets until it’s almost destroyed.
Also by one point i go to the kitchen where my mom is cooking and i sit on the table like a little girl (i’m 21) and keep trying to fix the goddamn mirror. Then the dream ends with me going to my brother’s room to see if there’s a thread so i can put all the pieces together.
Also i must say that the mirror had no reflection at all, just as if it was facing a grey wall this entire time… Weird
I have always had a mirror appear in dreams but I can never see my face. It’s just a blur. But in one dream I was walking in a mansion and the hall was lined with mirrors instead of pictures. The walls were red. I stopped at a mirror and can’t see my reflection like always. As I start walking I “wake up” and tell myself I’m in a dream and that if I try I bet I can see myself. So I turn around and look in the mirror. It’s still a blur. So I try harder. It worked and I saw myself. But what I saw scared me and I have never forced myself to look in another dream mirror. What I saw was me but my eyes were blacked out and my mind’s eye was open and it was also blacked out. It was seriously scary.

I dreamt that I was adjusting my cars’ side view mirrors and I broke the left side adjuster. It was so real that the next day I got in the car and I went to adjust it and said to myself oh yeah it’s broke but when I looked it wasn’t.

Well last night I looked at my reflection, I looked like a small child, so frail and afraid. I actually looked really sickly in that dream, my eyes were sunken, a dark ring around them, kinda looked like I had muscle atrophy. I felt sad for myself, like I wanted to hug that kid in the mirror. Was that my subconscious? Was that the real me? Should I see a psychiatrist now?
