I’ve never dreamt about Queen Elisabeth the 2nd.
We were both behind the scenes (it was quite dark, but I could see well enough), and about to walk up some stage-like wooden steps (the movable type). These stair modules lead to the stage entrance. There was a group of people, some milling about, and some lined up behind the Queen & I. The Queen was standing just a tad ahead of me. Donned in a knee length cream silk brocade dress and matching jacket. She wore neither hat nor crown, her hair was bluey-grey, curly and short. She was also armed with a matching handbag (purse).
The Queen was giving me a bit of a dusting down. She said things, or something like; “I’ve chosen you especially for this, so please don’t let me down”. And, “you’re perfectly capable of doing this”. ¿I don’t understand why¿you have the need to show-off and act the goat so much”.
I can’t remember me or the Queen or anybody else arriving on the stage. But almost immediately, I was transported to a trendy party (situated in a large warehouse, that had been nicely done-up), helping my self to food and drinks. The party people consisted of various family members, friends, neighbours and acquaintances. Can’t remember the Queen still being with me, at this point.
Suddenly, a handful of my friends were solicitously whispering to me, saying; “oh I didn’t know you knew the Queen”? And I thought💭, “neither did I”!
